Can any car or vehicle use our wash?
Almost! If you have any questions or concerns, or if you’re unsure whether your vehicle is safe for the wash, please ask an attendant beforehand. They will be happy to check it for you. Below is our vehicle guide to help ensure a safe wash for everyone:
VEHICLES WE ARE UNABLE TO WASH:
- Vehicles at a height greater than 7’ 2”
- Vehicles with tires greater than 13” wide
- Vehicles with excessive mud, rust, and/or damage
- Vehicles with any oil or grease
- Vehicles with low tire pressure
- Trucks with doubled/dually tires
- Trucks with uncovered pickup beds that contain any kind of debris and/or loose objects
- Trucks with beds containing fuel pumps
- Rear carriers
- Ladders on top of the vehicle
- Pickup racks
- Bike racks
- Roof racks that exceed the height limit of 7′ 2”
- Low profile cars
- Ford Raptor
Can I wash my vehicle with a trailer hitch?
Yes, but we will retract our wrap brushes as to not damage our equipment from possibly tangling on the trailer hitch. This means that the rear of the vehicle will not get cleaned as well as the rest of the car. We always recommend removing trailer hitches.
Can pickup trucks be washed with the bed uncovered?
Yes. However, the beds must be completely free of any kind of debris and/or loose objects. It’s for the safety of your truck and other vehicles. We kindly ask that you empty the bed area beforehand.
Do you provide interior cleaning services?
Unfortunately, we do not offer interior cleaning. However, we do provide free self-service vacuums when you purchase any wash. If you choose not to wash your vehicle, there is a $2.00 fee to use the vacuums.

Presidential Car Wash Membership Terms
Presidential Car Wash offers one car wash per day for each month your membership is active, except in cases of inclement weather or equipment servicing. The company reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change the club membership as needed.
You can cancel your membership at any time. To ensure your cancellation is processed in a timely manner, please complete a termination form at any location at least 7 days before your billing date.
Each purchased membership plan is valid for a single, personal, non-commercial vehicle only, allowing for one wash per day. The resale or transfer of your membership to another vehicle or person is strictly prohibited. Commercial vehicles, including ride-sharing vehicles, taxis, and limousines, are not eligible for this membership.
Please note that no refunds or credits will be issued for partial periods. Only the vehicle registered under the membership is eligible for the program, and you must not remove the RFID tag placed on your car. Removal of the RFID tag is prohibited.
By enrolling in the Presidential Car Wash program I agree that the credit card provided can be charged automatically every month.
